Is post-sales support provided?
The PE Beauty Tech Team is available 5 days a week for support services. Immediate phone assistance is provided to evaluate the reported issue, along with step-by-step guidance to resolve the problem. If this is not sufficient, our team will arrange for a courier to collect the machine, repair it, and return it. This service is free during the 12-month warranty period.
